About Us

Matt is a founding Director of Aeron Group. He heads our core business management overseeing operations, finances, safety and the implementation of intuitive systems to streamline processes for both our team and clients.

Matt has over 20 years in the Electrical Industry and has a strong passion for building smarter and more sustainable energy systems.

Outside of work, Matt is a passionate Manly Sea Eagles NRL supporter, a barbecue enthusiast and dedicated family man.

Ben is a founding Director of Aeron Group. He leads the business with energy, positivity and a client-focused approach. Ben's extensive management background underpins his commitment to delivering seamless, high-quality outcomes for clients while fostering a culture of professionalism across every project.

Outside of work, Ben devotes time into volunteering in supporting Men's Mental Health and spending quality time with his wife and two young children.

Peter is our incredible Project Engineer, he has been working with Matt and Ben even before Aeron was created! From starting out as an Apprentice to now Managing Projects. Peter carries out his work with expertise, professionalism and his kind nature.

Outside of work, Peter enjoys spending time with his nearest and dearest and this includes his two adorable cats!

Arin is our dedicated Project Supervisor. With a strong presence across key infrastructure and health projects, Arin Cockle brings hands-on leadership and technical expertise to the role. Arin plays a pivotal role in coordinating delivery milestones, managing stakeholder engagement, and ensuring safety and quality standards across complex construction environments.

Arin is known for a proactive, solutions-focused approach that keeps projects moving forward.

Molly is our bubbly and outgoing Personal Assistant to Ben. With a creative talent, Molly is emerging into our Marketing team. With a crossover between ensuring of structure and administration support to Ben, she also organises Team events and has been working on an exciting rebrand for Aeron Group.

Molly enjoys taking her chocolate Labrador for walks and spending time with the people who mean the most to her.

Dmitriy is our amazing Estimator!
Dmitriy has a talent for perfection to detail, an understanding of the latest standards, materials and techniques relevant to electrical contracting and the kindest communication and nature you will ever come across.

Dmitriy thrives off living a healthy lifestyle. On the weekends he will be outside in the sun doing any sort of fun activity.

Our lovely Eloise, fondly known as "El", is a valued member of our Accounts and Administration team. Eloise brings a keen eye for improving our internal processes and works closely with our IMS to keep everything running smoothly. She's also known for having an Asana task or Excel spreadsheet for just about everything.

When she's not at work, you'll likely find her in a cosy space reading, crafting, catching up with her family and friends or tackling her ever-growing list of hobbies.
